This coming Friday, November 13, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Central Time
John Marshall Law School's Center for Intellectual Property, Information
& Privacy Law will be hosting a conversation between Professor (and
former FTC Chair) William Kovacic and Professor Hugh Hansen on the
IP-Antitrust Interface. The event is free and open to the public and
also will be live-streamed. Information available here.
Since the likely topics include"Recent U.S. Developments in Tech and
Pharma" and "Comparative Analyses with EU and China," I'm guessing that FRAND will be one of the topics of discussion.
